*Aerial Lineman Foreman (Fiber Construction)*
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
*Responsibilities:*
This position must have knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques including the placement of strand, fiber, anchors, and proper hardware.
Must be familiar with a wide range of tools and equipment, have the ability to read and understand prints/maps, safety rules, and operating instructions.
Install and repair aerial strand and fiber cable and perform pole transfers.
Safely use hand tools and equipment such as: wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks.
Safely operate mechanized equipment such as: bucket trucks, digger derrick, and mini excavator with multiple attachments.
Understanding of clearance regulations.
Lead and train crew while adhering to all safety procedures.
*Requirements:*
Must have 3+ years of fiber aerial lineman experience.
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid US driver’s license, and pass a drug screen, background check, MVR check and DOT Physical.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting, working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all types of weather conditions.
