Working Hours: Full Time, Shifts may vary, Overtime as needed
Description:
Utility Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of utility systems within our organization.
These utility systems encompass water, refrigeration, gas, steam, air, wastewater, and other essential services required to sustain our operations.
Your expertise will be essential in optimizing utility usage, enhancing sustainability, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of utility systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for utility equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Develop strategies to optimize utility usage, minimize waste, and promote sustainability initiatives.
Implement energy-saving practices and technologies to reduce the organization's environmental footprint.
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to utility management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines related to utility operations.
Lead utility-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and installations, from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Ensure projects are executed within budget and meet quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to address utility-related needs and concerns.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the utility maintenance team.
Required Competencies & Skills:
Knowledge of utility systems, regulations, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize utility usage and resolve technical issues.
Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a dynamic work environment.
Professional certifications or licenses related to utility engineering is a plus.
Must follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety rules and company policies
