Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Assemble and install a variety of metal and non-metal pipe including iron, steel, copper, and plastic using thermoweld, welded, caulked, soldered, brazed, fused or cemented joints
Accept responsibility for pipe systems (requiring certified welder) that complete systems are at, or above minimum certifiable standard as defined by knowledge, training, regulatory agency, and company policy
Weld pipe using appropriate welding equipment, materials, and procedures
Plan installation to avoid obstructions and interferences
Perform all other duties as assigned by field supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.
E.
D.
Certified per Lyons Company welding procedures in: 2 1/2 " and over and 2" and under - Socket weld
Valid Driver's license
