Duties:
- Assemble and install various construction components, such as walls, floors, and roofs
- Perform construction painting, including surface preparation and application of paint or other finishes
- Assist with electrical work, following schematics and guidelines
- Install siding and other exterior finishes
- Operate CNC machines for cutting and shaping materials
- Assist with restoration projects in the construction industry
- Install fixtures, such as cabinets, shelves, and countertops
- Assist with mold remediation and removal
- Assist with concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures
Experience:
- Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in carpentry work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials
