We have a Great opportunity for an experienced Senior CSR who specalize in anyalst material & inventory.
Real Alloy has a career opportunity available for an experienced, personable, and skilled Senior CSR at our Morgantown, KY location.
This position has a direct impact on the success of our Morgantown, KY plant.
Use your Analytical, Inventory, and Planning Knowledge to:
Schedule, maintain, monitor, and reporting receiving appointments databses for incoming customer materials to customers daily
Coordinate inbound and outbound load scheduling
Invoicing and Buying/Selling shipments
Develop and managing deadlines to meet commerical account requirements
Enter and update inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system.
Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management.

Qualifications:
This position is right for you if you have a minimum of four (4) years of previous Customer Service experience specalizing in Material/Inventory or an Associate Dregree and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
