FABRICATION PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER- 3RD SHIFT

The Production Shift Leader is responsible for providing production department support by ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all team members on the shift.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to motivate people.
Must have 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
Must have effective human relations skills.
Must have computer experience (Windows, Microsoft Office).
Good written and oral communication skills including interpersonal skills.
Must demonstrate ability to promote effective communication and cooperation.
Can troubleshoot basic machine and quality issues.
Welding experience preferred.
