Duties and Responsibilities
System Troubleshooting: Swiftly and accurately identify and resolve issues with all deployed systems across Shoals Technologies’ portfolio.
Training: Spearhead both internal and external training sessions on installation methodologies, best practices, and maintenance protocols.
Collaboration: Work hand in hand with various departments to ensure synchronized operations and customer satisfaction.
Field Analysis: Employ deep expertise to analyze and solve intricate problems on-site, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of every system deployed.
Reporting: Ability to compose detailed reports not only of completed field engagements, but also root cause analyses, contributions to 8Ds, refining and creating procedures, and assisting with other customer care documentation.
Represent the Brand: Serve as a front-facing representative of Shoals Technologies, reflecting the company’s values, mission, and dedication to excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of field-related experience, specifically in renewable energy technology.
Technical Mastery: Comprehensive knowledge of photovoltaic installations, battery energy storage systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and other electrical balance of systems technology.
Problem-Solving: Proven capability to analyze and tackle complex technical and operational challenges.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, reflecting Shoals Technologies in the best light during interactions.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, being quick to reply to emails, return phone calls, and proactively engage customers.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to frequently travel for on-site operations and troubleshooting.
