*Job Description:*
* Willingness to Travel to KY and TN.
* The first 6 month on site work as a safety officer on site during the installation process of the equipment.
* Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems for lithium battery manufacturing equipment.
* Work closely with senior technicians to learn and understand PLC programming, ladder logic, function block diagrams, and related control software.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement automation solutions for production processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities on PLC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Diagnose electrical and control system issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
* Assist in the design and modification of electrical panels, wiring, and control circuits based on project requirements.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
*Job Requirements*
* OSHA 30 Certificate preferred
* Bachelor's degree in a related electrical/automation/engineering discipline is preferred, but not required
* No experience required, plus experience in electrical projects, automation and control systems
* Desire and enthusiasm to learn and develop PLC programming and electrical control technical skills
* Able to collaborate effectively in a team environment, able to accept and adapt to multilingual work environment
* Able to adapt to dynamic working environment and have initiative
* Fully understand the task and complete it accurately and accurately
* Basic understanding of circuit, PLC system and automation concepts is preferred
