Must be able to Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health License
Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred

Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Russellville, KY
Compensation: $45,000-$80,000 Per Year
Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system.

Amanda is in her "happy place" when helping customers build strong financial plans and plan for their future retirement.
Outside of work she has her amazing husband, who also works with State Farm, three teenage daughters, and an office dog! Amanda’s team of insurance professionals are excited for the opportunity to help customers with their insurance and financial services to help prepare them for life’s unexpected.
