JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Coordinator supports the Marketing team by performing duties including, but are not limited to, creation of graphic arts and social media content, assisting with guest promotions, co-coordinating signage, assisting the Digital Marketing Manager, and providing basic service to promotional and enrollment kiosks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides overall backup and support to the Marketing Department with planning, implementing, and monitoring certain art required for on-property and media communications.
Promptly and professionally answers in-bound telephone calls, directs sales calls, and takes/delivers messages appropriately.
Assists with property promotions as needed and is familiar with all Marketing activities and events, both on property and at community events.
Works with Digital Marketing Manager to create and produce promotional and property-wide signage and ensures promotional signage is current.
Assists the Digital Marketing Manager with review and monitoring of company website and updates/edits when necessary, including band schedules and promotional information.
Has a working knowledge of the property and keeps management informed of any misinformation or outdated material.
To provide BIG Service to internal and external guests and ensure their complete satisfaction, inclusive of greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, anticipating and meeting guest needs and preferences, remaining calm and professional when dealing with guests that are difficult or upset.
The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, and positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, staff, coworkers, guests, and vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Related experience in Graphic Design, including Adobe Suite
Must be 21 years or older
Basic Microsoft Office skills required and knowledge of modern office equipment.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks.
Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
