*Position Purpose:*
If you are driven by problem solving, helping people find solutions to their problems or enjoy the building industry in general then you may be a good fit.
This opportunity involves taking people through the process of buying a customized portable structure.
From a prospect, to a closed sell you will need to be there to answer questions, give advice and help dreams be realized.
It is an action packed position that requires the following abilities: *S:* Show Up: You must show up in mind and body.

*L:* Listen: You must be able to Listen and Learn.
*E:* Experience: You must be able to create an experience your customer enjoys as well as gain experience in the product.

● Track all sales activities in Active Campaign and keep current by updating account information regularly.
● Utilize social media platforms, including online chat forums to build and generate leads.
● Heavy phone and internet communication.
● Maintain the sales pipeline in a fast-paced office setting.
*Location:* ● Maintain a lot: Keep the area clean and customer appealing.
*Administration:* ● Work with manager regarding sales issues.
Work well with order processing.
*Compensation:* ● Four weeks paid training.
● After paid training, straight commission, 6% for barns and sheds.
*Safety:* ● Performs preventive maintenance on office tools and equipment and ensures equipment is in safe operating condition.
● Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting and climbing; operates tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
● Corrects unsafe conditions in the work area and promptly reports any conditions that are not immediately correctable to the manager.

● Ability to exercise discretion regarding matters of a sensitive or confidential nature.
● Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written forms.
*Minimum Required Qualifications* *Education:* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
*Experience:* 1 years’ experience in Direct Sales, B2C.
Background in customer service preferred.
*Physical & Mental Demands, Work Hazards* *Tools/Equipment Used:* Standard office equipment, including computer and peripherals.
*Posture:* Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting.
*Motion:* Frequent repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching.
*Lifting:* Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 10 lbs.
).
*Environment:* Works in an office setting; may require occasional irregular and/or prolonged hours.
*Attendance:* Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position.
