Black cat free to good home (Franklin)

I have a 4 yr old cat that I am looking to rehome, she is solid black and her name is Binx.
She is spayed and has had her feline shots.

I fear she needs to either be a possible indoor/outdoor cat due to her scratching at the front door, she already comes in and out but with me living right next to a road I am worried of her being hit.
She craves attention and due to my job and other cat I am unable to provide that to her.
She has to have the litter box cleaned every day as well.

Drop off will need to be in public like a Walmart or something and a carrier of some sort will need to be provided.
She has been around my other cat for years and has done well but they were introduced when my other cat was a kitten.
