Black cat free to good home (Franklin)

I have a 4 yr old cat that I am looking to rehome, she is solid black and her name is Binx.
She has a urination problem in the house and has been taken to the vet for it.
The vet told me everything that I already knew, and confirmed that there were no underlying conditions other than behavioral .
I fear she needs to either be an outside/barn cat or the only cat in a home.
She craves attention and due to my job and other cat I am unable to provide that to her.
She has to have the litter box cleaned every day, sometimes multiple times a day in order to prevent her urinating in floor.

Drop off will need to be in public like a Walmart or something and a carrier of some sort will need to be provided for her transportation to your home.
