Responsibilities You will conduct end-of-day operations which include but are not limited to auditing, balancing, and reporting on the day's financial activities.
This requires a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
We expect you to manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the night hours with professionalism, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have promptly.
You shall maintain accurate records of all hotel transactions including reservations, cancellations, and room assignments made during your shift.
You will prepare and distribute daily reports to relevant departments, highlighting key financial data, occupancy rates, and any issues that arose overnight.
We expect you to monitor and respond to incoming emails or messages that pertain to guest services or reservations, ensuring that all communications are handled efficiently.
You shall perform basic accounting tasks such as managing petty cash, preparing bills and invoices for guests, and processing payments securely.
You will also oversee the safety and security of the hotel during the night by conducting regular rounds to check for any irregularities or unauthorized access within the premises.
We expect you to provide exemplary customer service at all times, resolving any guest issues with patience and empathy, to ensure a comfortable and satisfying stay.
Requirements You must possess strong mathematical skills to accurately handle cash transactions and balance financial records.

We require proficiency in using hotel management software to manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes efficiently.
You need to demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities to address guests' concerns and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
We expect you to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
