_*Recovery Coordinator*_
The Recovery Coordinator of Hope Haven, LLC Recovery Residence is responsible for supervising several housing staff and ensuring that all daily responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
The Recovery Coordinator is ultimately responsible for ensuring all residents are always safe and sober, that staff is adhering to all policies and procedures, as well as *promoting healthy behavior and recovery-oriented thinking.
The Recovery Coordinator needs to have significant flexibility in their schedule and may be required to work weekends and various shifts.

*EXPERIENCE:*
* Graduation from High School or GED
* 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position
* Maintain current CPR certification (Preferred)
* Recovery knowledge/knowledge of the 12 steps/working with a sponsor (Required)
* Education in drug and alcohol field (Preferred)
* At least 2 years of experience working in substance abuse treatment facility (Required)
* If in recovery, two (2) years of continuous sobriety (Preferred)
* Demonstrate managerial experience and competence.
(Required)
* Knowledge, experience, and competence in the specific areas of adult treatment (Required)
* Excellent communication skills that foster teamwork and high morale.
* Believes in leading by example and servant leadership so that others that report to them want to follow with enthusiasm.
* Highly organized with strong administrative skills.
* Adult Peer Support Specialist certified or eligible for the certification.
*SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* May attend administrative meetings to integrate inter-departmental sharing of information.
* Builds positive relationships with staff & residents
* Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment
* Ability to set firm boundaries
* Completes and forwards Incident Reports and any other safety/risk concerns
* Provides a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients.
* Provides a daily report to management
* Direct and monitor residents
* Ability to complete intakes and new resident admissions
* Ability to lead resident groups and activities
* Strong Conflict Resolution skills
* Transport residents as necessary (*\*\*\*\**Must have a clean driving record for 2-5 years*\*\*\*\*)*
*DUTIES:*
* Coordinate Peer Support activities
* Groups, community outreach, group planning outing, peer support
* Resident activities (Doctors appointments, Meetings, court, other appointments)
* Maintain individuals coming In & Out
* Coordinate staff meetings
* Coordinate Jobs for Residents
* Targeted Case Management Services
* House Meetings
* Staff Meetings
* Administration-Intakes/Admission
* Any Needed transportation
* Grocery Runs
* Physical Needs- 1st Aid
* Drug Testing Residents
* CPR/Narcan Training
*REQUIRED EDUCATION:*
* High School Diploma or Equivalency (Required)
* Master’s degree in Counseling or a master’s degree in Social Work (Preferred)
* 3 years’ experience working with addiction (Required)
* Certification/Licensure/Training/Other (Required)
* LPC, LPCC or LCSW (Preferred)
* Certified Addiction Specialist (Preferred)
* Preference being Trauma Therapist certified (Preferred)
