Job Summary
Candidate for this position will provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Job Duties:
• Promotes a professional image of the college by providing excellent customer service, while sharing accurate information with students, staff, faculty, and the community.
Connecting students and the community to appropriate departments, programs, and resources
• Coordinate purchasing activities and manage accounts payable accounts for the SKYCTC via procurement card.
• Prepare and process accounts payable documents and ensure payment accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with KCTCS purchasing-related policies and procedures.
• Audit College travel and Expense Reimbursement Requests
• Assist with research and analysis of college expenditures.
• Serve as back-up to Budget Analyst.
• Intermediate computer knowledge with Microsoft Office Excel.
• Contributes to the overall success of the Business Office by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree (Accounting or Finance) and three years of related experience.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service, strong oral communication skills, a high level of professionalism, thrive in a team environment, strong work ethic, be experienced with handling confidential information, be oriented, adjust well to changing priorities, proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of financial aid process, and a self-starter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting & Finance) preferred.
